Product exactly as shown. It came with a smell so I pulled all the cloth through (it doesn’t come out) and washed it prior to using. That was quite the challenge, but worth it. The good news is that my dog really enjoys this treat ball. The okay news is that it takes her only about 20 minutes to find all the rolled up treats. This also happens to be how long it takes to set it up. All in all, an okay purchase for the price point.

It does as it says. The only reason I gave it one less star is that the poop bag holder does not hold the average size roll of poop bags. Either the rolls are smaller where this is made or something. The ones I use are the average size for the USA.

Overall it’s great! I have a small 14 year old poodle mix and a rowdy two year old Cavapoo. I wasn’t sure it was going to work but so far it has been great. It’s easy to untangle.

it’s a lot of work to put kibble in each one of the felt ribbons and roll it up … BUT SOOO worth it. My puggle had a great 30 min find-the-kibble workout. very well done toy.

Great toy, it keeps my dog busy when I leave for work. One negative point is it is too big for a small dog. I have a Pomeranian and I. An tell she pulls the ribbons on one side only. I would suggest you make a smaller version.
