The lock is amazing! We have another handle collar with similar lock from another manufacturer and it has been giving us a headache! The lock always goes in sideways and doesn’t lock all the way in. Great product! We’ve been looking for a good harness for our growing dalmatian and finally found it. Most harnesses that have been good from the chest are too big on the neck and when the neck size is good the chest is too small. So other harnesses have much smaller range of adjustment. It seems sturdy and durable. The only drawback for me is the sizing. While the chest girth of size C fits my dog, the neck girth is a bit loose so the front D loop might not work perfectly to stop pulling. I understand it hardly fits all so still happy with it.

The lead is great, I love it. But it is also a soft material, and when i was not watching, my dog schewd it broken (the first one, this is my second one.) And when i invented a way to use it, without one end - she shewd again and now i have a lead with only two hoops at both ends. But I use it to hold the new lead around my weist. Just keep an eye on the leash, or the dog eats it.

Very pleased with the quality and feel in my hands. I use this in combination with a harness and hands-free lead, clipped at the end of the traffic lead. Besides the extra safety in high traffic areas, I find it actually helps prevent my pup getting his legs tangled in the long lead. It's a little bit bulky on my 20kg dog, but I find the weight helps with keeping the leash more stable on his body.

I bought this for my dog who has a broad chest but a slim neck, so finding a good fit is difficult.
This one fits well and, most importantly, doesn’t cause any chafing. My dog has very short white fur and sensitive skin, and the 'Comfort Premium Harness' harness rubbed badly behind his armpits. In general, I find a lot of BB harnesses sit a bit too close to the armpits, except this one and the 'TRI Harness', which in our case are the only two that leave enough space and don’t cause irritation.

I love the collar and the quality but I won’t order with you again because of how bad the delivery in Spain was. DPD handed it to Seur. They left it for six days in Malaga, when I called I was told they can’t find my house… the delivery was to a collection locker. I told them I come the 50km to Malaga and to keep it there. I was told ok, come tomorrow. The next day I received a note the order was delivered to the collection point near my house.
