This is my first experience with ordering online, but won’t be the last coz I love the service and the delivery process.

The package was left at the front door of our apartments without even ringing the doorbell, even though, it clearly stated I would have to sign for delivery....

Everything was great however I did not know there was a $150 additional tarriff charge until right befire it was delivered.

Lovely coat. Wasn't expecting to pay VAT and import duties as well. Didn't read the small print. You need to include all charges in the price.

The only negative I have is that I had to pay UPS tariff before delivery £77 was shocked at this as this had not been mentioned at purchase
