No further correspondence from NB after they promised to investigate the matter.
No replacement product to replace the unusable Aloe Vera Powder I paid for.
Unacceptable.
Exactly the same as the previous review.
I contacted the company twice via their contact form and twice by email.
All emails have been ignored.
I actually wanted to see whether this was a faulty batch so I could confidently replace the item.
Don’t bother with a company whose customer service is non existent....
