Took me a little time to decide what angle I preferred to use although the manual does suggest angles. I have a knife block but replacement sharpeners are unavailable meaning of course that a new block is required - which of course is ridiculous. My True Edge thus is perfect and I am indeed very happy with my purchase.

Just had my frying pan a couple of weeks but very happy so far. My old one was a top of the line non stick but the coating starter to break up which was very disappointing and i believe dangerous so trying this type which looks much better.

The knife sharpener is good, but quality control needs some attention. The roller was missing a black "O" ring. The 15 degrees magnet sticker looks like it was stuck on by a drunk teenager. I have made some corrections and it works.

Sharpened up my kitchen and butcher knives quickly. Love the sharpness in just a couple minutes a day over a week and they were really good. The only niggle and itâs a little one is that the longer blades arenât held in place without wobble but I may have been using too much pressure and the short blades drop down below the top of the holding magnet needing to be held up.

At first i thought it was not as promised. After a minute of sharpening on each side of my first knife it was still quite blunt. However it takes awhile to grind down to the new 15° angle, so after giving that knife a good five minute sharpening the blade was well sharpened and I got the promised result. Note that despite the âNew Zealand ownedâ promotion on the advertisements this product is manufactured in, and provided directly from, China but that doesnât detract from how well it works.
