Just received the hoodie, took about a month to get. Just as advertised I suppose. Was worried at first because the check out said I would receive an email telling me to it was shipped with a shipping ID, but I never received one so about 2 weeks after ordering I wrote them a letter asking where my shipping ID was and never heard back. So after a month I did get it, and in good order, just never ordered from this website before and was sceptical. Only reason for 4 star was I never got the email ...

I received the wrong size. I ordered an XL & received 2XL in error. I contacted your customer service dept. & left the details & was never contacted again. My daughter said my grandaughter would still wear it & perhaps she could shrink it. The sweatshirt was well made, worth the price & the design was as shown.
