Definitely size up! The sizes run small. My son wears an adult large in everything. According to the size chart he still would have worn a large. I ordered a large and it was too small. He definitely needed an XL. It's a hassle because I can't get my money back or exchange it. He can't wear it and it's a shame because he really loves the hoodie.
