This massager is effective for neck massages. The way the rollers and prongs work together feels great with or without the heat function. The massaging parts really hit the right spots on my neck. You can adjust the speed and frequency of the massager. I like the straps as you can use them to adjust the pressure by pulling harder or less hard.

Really useful and helpful mat. I'm able to set it up on the carpet in the living room to work on the short game swing. It is on the smaller side so lining up my feet was a little tricky but I got used to it after a few swings. I really like this swing tracker mat!!!

Got this for my dad as we are into golf recently. You can take full swings on this mat and it will hold up rather well. The mat shows the white while flipped back upright. Amazing!
