It may not be the strongest massage pillow out there, but for me, I found the pressure to be just right. Others have also noted that there is ' no heat'. Admittedly, the heat takes some time to rise to it's highest temperature, but once it reached, it feels great - just the right amount of warmth. wow! this is it! I always had shoulder pain when I woke up in the morning. I thought it's because of my sleeping position laying on the side. This pillow is comfortable on any positions laying on the back or side. The morning shoulder pain disappeared!!!I purchased another for my husband. And I recommend this to all my friends. You should just use this one night and then you will love it.

Normally, I don't go for the massages that have the ruling balls but a friend let me try hers first and I couldn't say no after trying it the first time. You can put it almost anywhere and have it be as light or as deep as you want it to be. Definitely recommend!
