These oils were not exactly what I was expecting. They do smell a bit artificial, and the bottles are smaller than I thought. Most videos I saw had glass bottles but mine were plastic. Overall the oils themselves work great and the smell is pretty strong.

Well I'm sort of displeased with the customer service. You can't reach them. My ordering experience wasn't the best. The site offered free shipping but at checkout I was charged shipping. So I sent 2 emails and never got a response. So the company lost cudo points with me. However after 3 weeks I did get refunded the shipping which they got back their cudos.
