The gloves are comfortable to wear and soft. Depending on the size I do M (20cm/9cm) but I ordered S for a firm hold and according to the comment of another buyer. I feel the compression and the heat in the hand with it. I think I will wear them while running outside this winter for venous return because the hands swell with temperatures 0 and below. If you do not want too much compression then respect the seller's instructions.
