Because we have lime render I was advised that this was the best solution but that it would not get rid of black stains . It totally removed all my red streaks in about 3 days to leave the render in pristine condition. However if you could advise on a product to remove the black stained on my lime render it would complete a so far brilliant process

Excellent service, the hypo additive really helps so get on it!!!! The house on the right is mine and on the left the old boy next door who I did for free. 2:1 mix ratio with a 5.4m telescopic lance with backpack sprayer, 2 to 3 goes rinsing inbetween. Like new!

Finally a product that does what it says, I brushed it on left for 20 mins then hosed off and it cleaned all the stains from my house, the final pic is the back wall, the right side was treated the left side which is green was now. Highly recommended!!!!

I used a bucket to mix up the softwash. I then decanted the liquid into a square plastic container. Using a soft haired broom, I first coated the worst areas. Have to say I wasn't sure if this would work on the stains we had on our render but it did. We've got a Silver Birch tree in the next doors garden that overhangs our patio. When it rains it creates these streaks on the render and it won't come off with just washing. I painted on the gel and almost immediately it started to remove the stains. I only left it on for an hour and most of the marks had gone. Next application I'll leave it on for longer. Great product.

I still have half the kit left over that a neighbour is going to use. The results, even after power washing, are so good as it leaves the block paving looking as good as new, removing all the black spots!

Gel Pro Excellent product cleared my K render discolouration. Fab with a mix of some water to enable passing through the battery sprayer with and up the 15ft hose. Several years ago, I had a patio covered in algae and my window cleaner recommended sodium hypochlorite which worked a treat. I was very disappointed when my local supplier closed down, I made enquires from CleanMachine who immediately recommended SoftWash, who still sell this marvellous product. I tried several products from Garden centres but NOTHING cleans patios, like Sodium Hypochlorite. Thank you SoftWash for stocking it, for great service and at a fair price.

This product is excellent for keeping moss and algae at bay. I jet wash all areas first then when dry spray using soft wash. I’ve gone from having to jet wash twice a year to only one. Any persistent or returning areas of algae I keep a small spray bottle handy. I can highly recommend!

Initially had problems with delivery by parcel force, first delivery damaged, second delivery waylaid before arriving. Product itself worked pretty well, although a few patches are still faintly visible despite three or four coats. Overall the product did a very good job, I'd use it again.

Usually use GK Pro but they couldn’t deliver in time so I tried this as being a 50%DDAC it’s essentially the same stuff. It did the job just as well and it costs a bit less so I’ll keep buying it 👍🏻

Having purchased similar but more diluted products in the past, this product is by far the best! I use it with a knapsack sprayer to control moss and it worked very quickly and effectively, even on a cold dull day in Scotland.
