When traveling it’s handy having the apple cider vinegar capsules. And I like that there is also Gymnema extract along with the Dihydroberberine in the in the other capsules.

As a type 2 diabetic, I can honestly say that the Gratitude Supplements are helping me control my glucose levels. Justin Richard’s videos have been such a great help and he inspires me to control my diet and live a healthier life.

I only started taking the apple cider capsules and dihydroBerberine last week but so far I haven’t had any adverse reaction to taking them. I use them with my largest carb meal each day. My spikes aren’t as high. I might increase the dosage to 2 dihydroBerberine capsules with meals

Arrived on time and in good condition. ACV tablets appear to have an affect on my blood glucose when my various other meds are questionable. I plan to continue to use it.

It really works. I forgot to take it one time & noticed an increase in my glucose levels. It,also, seems to be helping with my acid reflux. I will continue taking these products.

Still waiting to go to my next a1c appt. Also, I read somewhere that you need to take 500-600 mg of berberine twice a day for it to be effective. I do follow your reels though because it gives me an idea what to eat and not eat even though it's different for everyone. Thank you.

I was able to stop taking Metformin after I started taking Berberine. My A1-has stabilized under 7and my glucose numbers have greatly improved.
