Loving the berberine and apple cider vinegar. Especially loved the little pill box that came with it. Good Fibes taste great but was working a little too well!

Not been taking long enough to give any real feedback

I took it, but the benefits were limited. After about 45 minutes, my blood sugar went back up and the meal was not a high carb meal.

So far products are excellent! Have not been on supplements for 30 days yet. But so far so good.

I think it lessens the height of my glucose spike then shortens its time it’s up.

This does help lower blood glucose levels and is very convenient.

I tried to cancel the order, because I did not think they are helpful. However, I could not, the button for CANCEL did not work.

I’m doing just one a day now as two a day was causing constipation.

Can’t give a full assessment as I only just started. A year from now will be more accurate
