It was not obvious how to put all the bits together. I suggested to include a diagram or reference to a video. Once assembled correctly it works very well. Need something to remove oily gunk from the veins prior to washing. Nice to sit and blast the stuff off the filters. A bit pricey but worth it when it assembled correctly.

Not as great as I was hoping for. It does spin the water off and help clean, I don’t have to hold the filter or bend over as much. It’s definitely easier to clean the filters. You still need to spend time spraying out the pleats, I would probably buy it again if I needed one.

Works pretty well. Cleans the filters good as long as they’re fresh out of the housing. Had some old filters that had been sitting out and it didn’t touch the crust on those. Takes a little finesse to hit it in just the right spot to slow the spin down enough to get the spray into the pleats and get the bugs and gunk out. And I was much wetter when done cleaning with the cyclone than I usually am with just a hose. But it definitely took far less time. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty dang good ...

the fact that it comes with the spray wound is cool. the spinning helped a lot in the cleaning process and yes it did save my back. However, as far as your claim to clean between the fins of the filter, I had to flip the filters a couple of times to work the debris out. The add shows what appears to be new filters being cleaned so that's a little deceiving. Over all, I like the product.

Used the Cyclone for the first time. The wand does a good job of jetting water into the pleats of the filter cartridges and getting them clean if done slowly and methodically. It took me about 15 minutes for each dirty cartridge.
It would be useful if the Cyclone had a manual, adjustable feature that allows the user to adjust the rate at which the cartridge spins.
It would be more comfortable if the Cyclone was higher so the user doesn't have to stoop when cleaning the bottom of the cartridge...

I’m a new pool owner. Found out about this on a Facebook pool group. To me it worked great. Only thing I might suggest for the company is maybe a stiffer barring and maybe a some type of brake to make it stay in place for those dirtier spots. But again I’m new to the pool cleaning and have only used it once. So maybe I need to learn more about controlling it better because when it gets to spinning then it really gets to spinning.
