Have not used yet but finally got one during the holidays to start this new year off on a faster, cleaner filter cleaning mission! Looks to be built out of solid material and and comes either a handy carrying bag and nozzle. Directions are very clear and easy to read, and shipping was fast with product packaged up nicely for ssafe trip. Can’t wait to try this filter cleaner out soon.

The idea behind this product is amazing. It made cleaning the filters which I absolutely detested so much easier and faster. The wand works great as well - no more broken bands. I did have a problem where the plastic around the stand legs cracked and broke away, but I connected Maria in customer service. She sent me a replacement part no problem. I was skeptical buying this product but I have been cleaning cartridges for over 10 years now and it’s not as easy as it was with my back so I tried this out and it works a lot better than I thought. Works great on level ground. I either have pool deck or grass to clean the filters on. I’m not doing it on the pool deck. It was tough getting it to spin on a little uneven ground but being able to have the filter on the platform was a definite plus making it easier to clean the filters.

It has legitimately saved me more than an hour each time I clean the filters. I doubted that the guys I had previously hired to maintain the pool were cleaning the filters. When I tried cleaning the cartridges myself and it took me more than an hour, I knew I had been taken advantage of by the pool company. Using the cyclone actually makes this kind of fun. It takes me longer to open and close the filter vessel than it does to clean the filters themselves.

I did not have very high hopes, despite the price. My husband was convinced he could build a replica that was just as good (he couldn't). After he used it once, he was convinced! It takes a fraction of the time to clean the filter and I'm not dirty and sweaty afterwards. Would recommend!

The set up was very easy - like the pictures included in the order. Very nice bag to store the device too! Although I could not get the “spin” totally correct I loved the fact that I didn’t have to lean over and hold the filter. Total game changer! Total time from putting pumps in maintenance mode to restarting was 42 minutes. Thoroughly cleaned 4 filters, without hunching over and getting soaked. What used to take 2-2.5 hours is not a huge burden anymore. The price scared me a little, but to me it’s totally worth it.
