We’ve had the various Saicho flavors paired with finer dishes and desserts in fancy restaurants and family parties, but it’s the first time we had Hojicha sparkling tea with absolutely down-to-earth home-cooked dishes like chicken wings, scrambled eggs and Choy Sum - they go surprisingly well together!

I've always been a big fan of Saicho, so I was excited to order the Saicho mix collection with gift boxes and mini bottles from the official website again. However, I was quite shocked to find a sticky, gluey substance on the cap, which was also smeared all over the bottle. It was really disappointing and not what I expected from such a reputable brand.
