Still too early to tell if made any difference have only used these for 3 weeks but I have noticed a very small change

I have been taking these for a week and can feel a great difference in my knees. I definitely recommend these to anyone with Arthritis.

Made a massive difference in a short time I have arthritis and have painfull hips this has helped tremendously so far

I’m taking it to ease joint pain, alongside turmeric. This seems to be stable, but no discernible improvement yet. I’ll keep taking it, as it’s a better option than anything else.

So far so good, definitely feel the benefits in the morning. Nearly 2 weeks in, hoping for move improvements further on. Have recommended to colleagues already

Has definitely made my arthritic knee with a recently trimmed meniscus feel more comfortable. I’ve bought more as a result.

Early days yet but so far so good. It seems to be working for the pain on my hips. Time will tell if effective or not. 🤞

My items arrived promptly and I started taking them the following day. I've been taking them for just under two weeks and have not noticed anything different about my joints (maybe because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia), but I am going to persevere taking them and I'm hoping they will help in the long run.

Seems to be improving, slowly, with the Black Seed and Glucosamine but not given it enough time yet , am also using arthritis ultra strength joint relief cream and there is a slight improvement, I can walk a little bit further but I still think I might still need a cortisone injection in my knees ,the tablets and cream are certainly no miracle cures!

Sorry can’t write review as bought for my sister who has terrible knee problems, she is down this weekend so hopefully we will know if it works

This is my 3rd order and to be honest I wouldn't be without this it's part of my daily routine and id recommend it to everyone.

Brilliant service, received within a few days but too early to say if they work yet, hope they will help me so I won't have to have any more knee injections

it was an unusual taste to start with very herby but I've got used to it. only been taking a short time so can't say if it's absolutely working yet, however have noticed a slight reduction in pain so hopefully in a month or 2 it will really kick in

I am nearly at the first packet. My hip pain has reduced significantly and I do not wake in pain. I am extremely happy.

I have been taking this for only 2 weeks so I can only review this based on fast delivery and good customer service. I’m hoping it’ll work wonders on my post menopause achy joints.So far I have noticed, I’m sleeping better and read that blackseed oil can help improve sleep pattern.

I was skeptical about buying this product but I am nearly 28 days in and my hips and back are definitely less painful but I haven't been to usual exercise classes over Christmas so when I return that will be the real test Come back to me for a further update at end of January

It's been less than a week since I started taking these so too early to say if there is a real difference. With everything else I am using however my knee is getting a bit easier so I am hopeful these are helping.

This helps to keep some of my aches and pains at bay. I am waiting for a hip replacement and it certainly helps.

Package arrived OK but way to early to say its made a difference, this will take 3/4 weeks. Taste is a bit pepperie but OK on most food I put it on my yoghurt in a morning and it's all fine

I've been using the Black Seed and Glucosamine capsules for approx. 1 month now. I have noticed a difference, but as it's early days, I'm hoping to see more improvements as the time goes on.

This order, like the one before, arrived quickly. I do understand that the results are not instant so I am going to persevere for a few months. I most probably don’t ache as much as I did but it’s subjective. Ask me again in 3 months time.

Well it's early days as it has only been a few days since I received the product. Cannot properly assess it's effectiveness for at least a further week of using it.

Easy to use, informative website. Quick delivery of a couple of days. Really good deal with the 3 month supply pack. Haven't been using it long, so I can't comment on results yet. Got these to help with elbow discomfort from developing osteoarthritis. Hoping they will help build up the the lubrication fluid in my joints to help cushion the joint and move a bit easier. Thanks. Started taking these as I had nagging hip and back pain which was making my physical job very difficult. I have been using them for 2 weeks along with exercises and the pain has very much improved. Some days I don't have any pain and some days I'm a bit stiff to begin with. I'm not sure if these are what's made the difference but I certainly feel much better.

These do seem to work. I wasn't sure until I forgot to take full dose for a couple of days and pain came back. My use of painkillers has reduced since taking these.

This is my second pack, partly as I’ve got my mum trying it as well. Delivery was much better this time- it actually arrived at my address. Always a bonus.

I bought this for my dad who has stage 4 bowel cancer. As his cancer spreading I wanted to try black seed oil because we know that our Prophet PBUH recommend this to have great benefits. My dad seems to be enjoying the oils and I’m about to order a second bottle for him. Insha’Allah it brings him healing and ease. Ameen.

I have been taking the capsules for over a month now and I have noticed that my ankles, feet and knees seem less painful than before. I intend to keep taking them and hope for further improvements.🤞👍

After 3 weeks using the black seeds I have noticed a lessening of pain in my thumb joints, however no difference in the neck area. I shall use for another 30 days and hopefully see further good results

Only been taking for 4 days hence only 4 not 5 stars. Easy to take with no after taste and I’m sure my aching back and hips are a little better already. Hopefully things will improve a lot more over time.

I’m only a week in but my knees and elbows are hurting less. So far so good I would give 5 stars if I’d been on the product longer and seen the full benefits

I feel the difference I’ve only been taking two per day for just over a week while I’m waiting for a hip replacement and I feel that my legs and knees are moving more easily since the start of the second week taking them. I will definitely be ordering more once the two months supply have ran out. It’s just a shame they can’t repair the bone otherwise it would stop me from having to have more surgeries.

Awesome is the word that simply comes out of my mouth. Take it orally and use on your skin .. you can’t go wrong! This is pure!

I've been taking this for nearly a month and have noticed a slight improvement in the pain in my hip/spine. Not sure that I will be running any time soon though!
