I only took it for about a week so didn't notice any difference in joint/back pain but I started getting really light headed with it and discovered that one of the properties of the black seed oil is that it can thin the blood and lowers blood pressure, which is great if BP is high but mine is normal but became quite low, hence the dizziness.
