I’ve only been taking this a short while and haven’t noticed much difference yet to be honest! I’m prepared to try them for three months though, as the information on the supplement’s benefits looked promising. Rather disappointed at this stage but the quality of the product visually looks very good!

My knees feel less stiff since I have been taking this.

My husband has been taking these for quite a few months. He has not noticed any difference. He was taking them twice a day but recently read that it’s better to take two capsules at once. Still waiting to see if this helps. Will continue to use for a bit longer.

Can really feel the difference

I’ve only been taking black seed oil and glucosamine for 14 days and dont feel that I have been taking it long enough to give an honest review, hence the 3 stars so far. Looking to complete an honest review after 30 days.
