I have absolutely loved the coconut water! The taste is amazing and this coming from someone who doesn’t like coconut water usually. It’s not overly sweet, has a nice nutty taste and no aftertaste! I’m in surgical menopause and I’ve had terrible bone pain. Unable to go on HRT so I thought I’d try Black Seed & Glucosamine. I’m 3 weeks in & they’re already helping soo much. I’m no longer waking up in the night because of the pain. I think another few weeks and I’ll see an even bigger difference. I’m staying on these. I’ve tried other supplements but nothing helped. I take 1 on a morning & 1 at teatime. I’d highly recommend these supplements but you do need to give them time to work.

Taking one teaspoon at night And mix a little bit with olive oil (read with Surah Baqarah) to rub on my baby’s eczema and stomach. I read somewhere that giving half tsp to their baby helped cure their eczema. So I have not given it orally yet because I don’t know how to disguise the taste but I may try with a quarter teaspoon first.
