My boyfriend and I have been really into reading lately so when I came across this company, I immediately bought an embosser as a gift for him. The shipping was (supposed to be) express within 2-7 days but it took about 2 weeks to be delivered. I emailed them at the 7 day mark and I received a response almost right away. It was a production delay but I remained patient and appreciated the good customer service. The quality of this product far exceeded my expectations so the wait was so worth it!...

The product (custom embosser) arrived in the mail in a timely manner. It came with no instructions - so it took me a few minutes to figure out the "assembly" of the two parts - but once I did, it really is a piece of cake and takes a couple seconds (it needs to be disassembled to fit in the box provided).
