Great quality, looked at many others before choosing this one. The quality of the acoustic felt is very good and the slats being veneered on 3 sides is a bonus as no matter from any angle it looks top quality. Easy to cut and install, I had to put two panels together, the way it is designed makes it very easy to hide the joints. From a skill set point of view, you need minimal skills to put this up and make it look like a professional finish.

We wanted to finish off the dining area of our kitchen extension. Using Akupanels gave it a very modern bespoke feel and look. In this instance I used the panels to cover an old set of disused double doors. Not only does it look fantastic it is also extremely easy to fit, cutting to length and installing only took an hour or so. It provides great soundproofing to the adjoining room. My son-in-law done all the cutting using a circular saw. The adhesive is hard work but does the job. Maybe get an electric gun for my next project. We positioned the panels together Matt doing the top and me doing the bottom. Lovely quality and although I’ve not put all the furniture and fitting back into I think it has transformed the room and looks fantastic.

Decent quality product and managed to get the full wall fitted in a day including cutting out the sockets. Took a bit of planning to get the window to look good using some of the edging strips to frame it. I also used some black surface mounted back boxes for the sockets so they sat flush with the front and you didn’t have any gaps between the slats. Looks really good and finished the room nicely.
