I've been using passion flower tea for a couple of years which really does help me get to sleep but I was having a problem with waking up at the same time every night around 2am. I suspected my cortisol levels were too high. I then started adding a tea bag of the lemon balm to my passion flower tea every night and it has worked. It is a fabulous product. However, it arrived with a lot of loose cinnamon throughout the packaging as there is no proper vacuum seal under the lid of the cinnamon. It needs a tighter paper seal underneath the cap of the lid to ensure product doesn't leak out of the container. So I lost a bit of the product, but it is very good.

I use Cinnamon to help me with diabetes, 1/2 teaspoon in my oats every morning with a 1/8 of a teaspoon of Celtic salt and 1/2 teaspoon o dried mint sweetened by 1 table spoon of pure maple syrup.
