I ve been ordering from you direct for a couple of years, - It was better for me anyway when you sold the larger sizes of the Earl Grey loose tea. Now you only have the 250g packets. So I order 2 of these only and now get charged $14.50 for the postage. Im better off buying at a retail store if can find one that stocks it, rather than paying this crazy price for post.

I love PO English breakfast tea (loose leaf) and have for years purchased the 500gm bags. I was delighted that after the admin shakeup that the tea was still available, but disappointed that it only came in 125g bags. Too much plastic packaging to get 500g. Perhaps at least a 250g choice would be a compromise for we people who love tea and drink lots of it

I didn't know about Planet Organic until I had difficulty buying my usual fenugreek tea (Hilda Hemmes) in a retail store. When I looked online I found that Planet Organic offered fenugreek tea. I had been told that Australian produced goods are better because imported brands are "irradiated". So that is a plus. At first, the tea had a slightly more earthy taste than what I was used to, but now I find it quite acceptable.
