The picture came out great, can see a very slight difference from the original with the angle of the picture and his face is a little more squished but its still him and its perfect. There's one blue flower in the picture that fits perfect for me ...

I ordered a personalised Mother’s Day mug from Pet Printed AU featuring our miniature schnauzer Frankie as the “grandpuppy” and it was absolutely perfect. The design was quirky, funny and captured Frankie’s personality so well. The very first thing Mum said when she opened it was, “It looks like Frankie!” which says everything. Such a special gift idea and the quality was fantastic. Highly recommend for any pet lovers wanting something personal and memorable.

I absolutely loved the prints I bought. BUT, my first print arrived damaged. It was replaced with a new one extremely quickly. Beautiful print of my beloved dog who is in heaven but it arrived damaged too. I wanted to buy at least 5 more of these, but because they arrive damaged that is out of the question now.
Maybe if the prints were sent in a cylinder instead of an envelope that would protect the prints from damage by postage.

My poster was delivered to the wrong address even though I left detailed delivery details. The poster was also folded in half and put through the wrong persons mail box. The courier needs to hire people that can actually read English.

Love the pic, it’s of one of my fur babies who was attacked and killed by our next door neighbours dog. She was a beautiful calico cat and I loved her so. At least I get to see her and remember her. I have her ashes and will bury them when I am ready.

My parcel was bent in the post, even though it did state Do Not Bend. I have fixed the issue by applying pressure to the print for a few days. A suggestion to stop this happening to soneone else would be to ensure the piece of cardboard you include with the print is of the same size. Otherwise very happy with the product. 😊

The only negative was that the postie pushed the package into our letterbox causing some small creasing in the finished product :(
If your flat packages had a prominent “DO NOT BEND” sticker near the addressee’s details, this might help in the finished product arriving in “paw”fect condition. Overall, very happy with the pictures.
