I've only been using it for a week or so, but it seems to be helping. I use a regular toothpaste first with floss and a full rinse. After that I use the Mouthology, spit without rinsing. I do this twice daily and at night I use a red light device for the teeth. It's worth the effort to see an overall improvement in my gums and teeth.

We have tried every toothpaste I could get. This was the only one that removed the “mucky” feeling from our teeth. 100% recommend. Customer Service was also great, I was notified that it was delivered but did not receive and emailed them. They replied quickly, informed me to wait a little bit and it came the next day. This toothpaste is awesome. Noticed a difference in my teeth’s whiteness in only a couple days. My son is 7 he was getting weird staining on his front teeth it would brush away but kept coming back. Since he started using this toothpaste its gone has not came back. Plus his teeth look nicer and he says they feel smoother which i also noticed too.

Bought this and loved it!!! Two days in I found my seven year old has been using it and loved it! He has now been asking for his own tube as well! I noticed no difference I don’t like the fact that you have to use so much of the toothpaste to even feel like you have some thing in your mouth. It doesn’t feel like it even cleans, and I have noticed no difference in the two weeks so far that I’ve been using it, my gum still hurt, still bleed, and my teeth are still falling out.
