The impact gun itself is pretty good. The issue I have is with their customer services. I’m still doing battle with them and as it is an ongoing battle, it makes buying this brand of impact gun a very negative experience. I’ve been sent a faulty battery and the wrong charger and an incomplete belt clip, all of which “one van” refuse to rectify. Wrong color sent. The impact wrench case has a hole in it. The battery charger also has a hole in it and the charging cord is almost severed. Please see the pictures….. am not satisfied!! Replacements were supposed to be sent but I have not received any follow up tracking numbers or a shipment date. I will dispute charges until received!

The pump does the job as expected. It takes 8 hours to charge the batteries. I was able to transfer about 400 liters over 70 meters on flat ground, or about 600 liters over a height of 1 to 2 meters, in roughly one hour.
However, there is no display on the battery itself to show its charge status. And the charge level indicator on the pump only worked partially at the time of purchase (the 3 out of 4 and 4 out of 4 levels are always off).

I purchased the nail and staple pack from you at £10 + £10 postage and none of the items fit my 422j gun .
So firstly what you sent is not worth the money 3 strips of pins and 1 strip of staples ( that don’t fit in the gun you sell ) and there is nowhere on you website to be able to order the correct staples or information to tell you what the staples code is so you can purchase them elsewhere. The saw broke before starting to work. While starting in air, everything seemed fine, trying to cut a piece of wood showed the saw has no power at all, it was not able to cut anything (may be whipped cream), even the smallest pressure towards the wood breaked down the movement of the chain, in like third attempt it started to rattle inside and in ten seconds something broke. No more rattle, the engin starts but the chain does not move. (see the video). All the saw could manage is half a cm incut...
