This is an update to my previous 3 star review. The problem that I talked about with the tool stopping after a few seconds of use was completely resolved by the customer service department. They told me how to turn off the protection mode when the tool is used in reverse (loosening a lug nut). Customer service contacted me after reading my review, cuddos for them. Looks and feels like good unit. We have a corded 240V unit but need to plug it in to an inverter connected to our ute battery to use it in the yards. This unit will be way more convenient. I also found a source of battery adapters and have bought one to allow us to use our existing supply of AEG tool batteries with a Makita adapter.
