I also have a problem with this key working. The 2800nm series is somehow defective. They don't want to replace the key, they just say that the batteries are bad. I've been waiting for a decision for almost 2 months. I do not recommend, secondly, the approach to the customer is very bad. instead of immediately returning the money or replacing it, you have to prove that something is not working properly.

The amount if time it took for the order to be processed was insane. I placed the order in December 30th 2025 with 3-6 day shipping, after 2 almost 3 weeks of nothing, I reached out to on January 18th to follow up on the status, and only then was I told that the order was "delayed".
