I was disappointed that I was not allowed an exchange when the mug I purchased revealed an undetected flaw when I had it only a few days. A small place on the rim collapsed causing a hairline crack. Nothing broke, but there was apparently a very small hollow space that collapsed and made the indentation. I was told Hadley did not warranty their products, and was refused an exchange or refund.
