I bought this raincoat in March. I have worn it only a handful of times and the granite tag cracked. I contacted the company (with no response to date). The store that this was purchased at said "Mernini warrants manufacturers' defects. Unfortunately, this crack would be considered general wear and tear. So this wouldn’t be something that Mernini will replace or repair." This rating is based on poor customer service. I would have expected at this price, flaws would be repaired on the product rep...
