This is my review after serveral workouts. First, Ive used BFR for years, but always used the "dumb" ones that you just pull tight. For me, these are a game changer.

These BFR Cuffs are quality gear. The fabric cuff occludes the limb adequately. The calibration process is easy and appears to be accurate based on other BFR cuffs I have used. The only part I am leery of is the small electric pump that inflates the cuffs. If it breaks you can not detach it to replace it. I would prefer a manual pump with parts that can be replaced. They are very expensive as well.

I like everything except the connection points on the cuffs. I have some concerns as to their longevity.
The cuffs are surprisingly comfortable. The main unit ( I have the 3.0) is very intuitive and easy to work with. The provided instructions and associated resources are very good.

These hold a charge well and the app works well. The missing star is due to one issue: one of the leg cuffs I bought doesn’t fill uniformly, causing a bulge at the end, which often pops out from the rest of the cuff, reducing the pressure applied. Besides that, these are working out very well.
