I replaced the OEM Beige dashboard cover with the replacement cover that has the dark grey Alcantara material (matches the material in the phone charger) and I am very happy with the result. The darker cover eliminates the reflection of the lighter cover in the windshield which I found to be distracting when driving. The OEM cover pops out and the new one pops in making it very easy to replace.

Indeed, many dry leafs and pebbles are not allowed to reach the surface of the radiator.
During the last cleaning I removed many of these. That's why installing the additional grille was an excellent idea.
