I am using it for 5 min each eye 2 or 3 times a day. My eyes feel slightly more comfortable than they did before I started using it. I am very disappointed the the redness in my eyes has only very slightly decreased. I also use eye drops 3 or 4 times a day and a heating pad for the eyes 2ce a day for 10 minutes.

It would be nice to have some type of alarm to let you know when it shuts off. I have held it to my eye several times not knowing it had stoped. Other than that….so fat, so good!
