I love how much moisture this little device puts out. It is comfortable to use and I can't even feel the mist in my eye, although when I pull it away I can see all the mist coming out. It is really easy to use and gets quite warm on the highest setting. The only issue I have is it leaks a lot if you don't hold it upright. So it is a little bit tough to fill and make sure not to turn it sideways at all when trying to turn it on or change the heat settings.

I couldnt wait to use this wand. I have dry eyes and dislike using the wet warm towel. It serves its purpse well. The only thing i dislike is the cap doesn’t screw on tightly. The water poured out. Maybe i had filled it up too much. I will have to use it more to figure it out.

I have bad Dry Eyes and I use a lot of eye lubrication drops. These drops cause a lot of crust around the eyes that I used to have to wash at the sink many times a day. This device works great and completely soaks my entire eye, then I just use a towel to wipe them clean. I tried distilled water at first but that is a little harsh on the eye, so now I mix water with eye wash solution and it is perfect. Would definitely buy again. Great price too.

It really does everything the company says. Everything works as it should. Realize the following…Each of your eyes are different, therefore settings might be too. For me I’ve settled on 2 settings cool a medium w/ different amount of time for each eye. You can keep cover tight or loose…what ever.

I love that this charges and it's not something you need to warm up in the microwave. This way you get a consistant temperature for the duration of its use instead of something that is just cooling off while you are using it. After a long day I have found this heated rechargeable mask very relaxing, I just put on a few tunes, put on this mask and it really relaxes my eyes. The gentle heat is not too hot, providing a gentle ramp up to the right amount of heat. Very simple to use with color coded lights for heat settings.

I purchased this device 6 weeks ago to aid with dry eyes from computer work and have used it nearly every day since with promising results. My eyes don't feel as dry, and the slight burning sensation I used to feel at the end of a workday is nonexistent.

I was a little skeptical buying this, but right off the bat, I noticed an improvement in my pain. Very comfy, and very stylish! I do have a little bit reduced range of motion in my pinky finger, but I do have short fingers, so it doesnt really hit my pinky where its "supposed" to. Thats just a me problem though.
