Horrible product. Its so heavy and inflexible that it is unwearable. The steam either doesn't work or so barely works at the highest setting (it doesn't get hot) that it invalidates the whole point of the machine. And, when I tried to return it, the "small, family owned business" which clearly has to be from China, is giving me the runaround and refusing to tell me where to return it (they also want the consumer to pay for a defective item,) and trying to force another product on me. Google...
