I use it twice a day and never have any pain or get that awful sensation that somethings in my eye! It can leak when using and drips down face so early morning, night is best. Well worth it. I find that my eyes feel so normal and healthy that I’m inclined to be lazy regarding the night-time routine but thank goodness, am managing to stick to using it twice a day.

Consistently using eye relief steam therapy wand over 2 weeks now and surprisingly it actually works in keeping my eyes hydrated during the day. I steam once in the morning and again at night. It's easy to use and I've only used drugstore eye drop two times since using the steam therapy wand. I bought the wand to help with my blocked meibomian glands in my eyes leading to really dry eyes when I wake in the morning. This product is genius for people suffering from dry eyes. It is soothing on the eyes and helps tremendously. Very happy with my purchase. My ophthalmologist strongly recommended using a damp facecloth or a Bruder (sp?) mask. I found that very inconvenient and I soon gave up doing that. This works much better and will hopefully save my eyesight. Thanks for making a great product.

Got my order today put some saline solution in and tried it right away,quite impressed with the instruction but have a reservation ,instruction should tell you howto use it like how long and just press the button until you see steam and just put that in front of the eyes,it does not say how long to keep that steam going, I tried it today and I am delighted I made the decision to buy,it is money very well spent, I would love to see a video of the gadget being used. 10 out of 10 ,Bill

The best decision I made ! I’m on the computer screen hours at a time. This has stopped my eyes from watering . It was embarrassing to wipe my eyes often out in public I use it when my eyes feel tired, strained, dry, multiple times a day. I go back and fourth letting the steam do its job. 10-20 seconds each eye or just my one eye. that is weaker than the other one. I use it as often as I feel like it. I take it with me!

I love how much moisture this little device puts out. It is comfortable to use and I can't even feel the mist in my eye, although when I pull it away I can see all the mist coming out. It is really easy to use and gets quite warm on the highest setting. The only issue I have is it leaks a lot if you don't hold it upright. So it is a little bit tough to fill and make sure not to turn it sideways at all when trying to turn it on or change the heat settings.
