I had to replace my first one because it was defective. Customer Service was wonder. They sent me one right away! This really helps my eyes a lot! I work on a computer 9 hrs a day five days a week and it makes my eyes so much better! I use it in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes I use it in the afternoon on break but usually twice a day is enough! It's better than eye drops! I definitely recommend this if your eyes hurt.

I had the most supportive and uplifting experience, dealing with an exchange of the first instrument that was defected. The second one is working beautifully and makes a big difference in my very long time dry eyes. I am using it warning and evening , sometimes mid day to get a boost. The eye wand mister has helped my dry eye but I haven't used it lately because I have eyelash mites I'm on presently an eye drop called xdemvy and they say that the moist heat makes a comfortable place for the mites to migrate too my, so I haven't been using it lately till I get rid of these darn eyelash mites that have turned into face mites. I've been to an optometrist and I've been to a dermatologist my dry eye is not just dry eye anymore but your product is wonderful

I started to have relief almost immediately. My eyes would run and sometimes ache, and in the morning I could barely open them. I would put drops in alot during the day and the heat masks but wasn't getting any better. Now I haven't been needing the drops half as much. The aching and eyes running has stopped.. I have many eye drops that we prescribed for my severe dry eye nothing works I wasn’t should if this would work but it has given me some relief it actually cleans my eyes. This has really helped my dry eyes. I try to spend at least 5 minutes twice a day on each eye. My only negative comment would be that so much moisture builds up and drips out all over my face and shirt, so I make sure I have just a t-shirt on when I use the wand. My right eye was continually weeping and I was diagnosed with lower lid punctal stenosis and punctal eversion which apparently is a narrowing of the tearduct channel causing overflowing of tears. The specialist did a procedure on it to widen the channel, but it didnt help. I decided to buy a steam therapy wand, and within two days it had made a tremendous difference. It is at least 80% improved after only two weeks use so I am more than impressed! Thank you so much for a great little device...

This has helped the redness that I now believe was from the warm compresses that sit right on my eyes so much!! Also have reduced my eye drops to twice a day, just before bed and first thing in the morning. I believe soon I won’t need the morning ones! Consistently using eye relief steam therapy wand over 2 weeks now and surprisingly it actually works in keeping my eyes hydrated during the day. I steam once in the morning and again at night. It's easy to use and I've only used drugstore eye drop two times since using the steam therapy wand.
