Honestly I've been having pre workout for almost 10 years I've tried everyone you can imagine and after finding out about premium subs I keep going back. First off the dosages are absolutely nutty, 10,000 mg of citruline is insane, the biggest nitric oxide precursor to get the blood flowing.
