I like the length of the 6 way PowerPac extension socket that is 47.5 cm. There is another 6 way PowerPac extension socket length of 41.5 cm. Both having different length but same model. The model should be different for length 47.5 and 41.5 cm. The 47.5 cm is completely seal with strong plastic while the 41.5 cm is kept in a paper box with just a simple open end normal plastic.

I was initially sent the wrong model and a leaking unit, but customer service was fast and excellent with exchanging the unit. The water dispenser itself is really good for its money. It has a good filter that doesn't make the water taste weird and the 5 temperature settings is useful. Definitely recommend getting this if you are on a budget.

Was quieter than expected, different from some reviewers’ feedback. I put it in my bedroom and the noise level does not bother me. However the lit up temperature is bothersome.
Would have given 5 stars if the shelves height were divided better to accommodate pretty standard sized bottles. I have to remove 2 shelves, which is a waste.
User manual should contain more detailed information on how to turn on the light and warn about the heat generated on the sides during the initial start.

I collected the freezer myself amidst a raining downpour on the day of collection.
The freezer is working well except that when it was first turned on, the side of the freezer was very hot but this was cooled off after one or two days...
I hope that it will not build up frost over time although it is running well without much frost at the moment.
Happy with the purchase so far...and hopefully ti will continue to run well without any problem for a long time.

I think it effectively cools ONE room. Albeit noisy, but that is to be expected with portable aircons since the compressor is in the unit itself. I feel that the temperature settings aren't very accurate, that definitely didn't feel like a 16 degrees cold air hitting me. Hose and clamp for the "continuous drainage" should be provided in the package. Or at least give the dimensions of the drainage outlet pipe so that I can buy an appropriate sized hose.

Good, does the job well. Just a minor design improvement can be done. After hot water being poured out, while it is still hot, once open the lip to refill water for next boiling, hot steamed water from the lip will flow down and hit user's hand which is on the handlebar. Can make the lip design to have some shape where hot water will be channel down somewhere, rather than hitting user hand.
