This olive oil is the equivalent of the EVOO we buy all the time. We buy is only olive oil it is not had any other oils add to it. Which means it comes from speciality stores. The quality is the same and the price is a bit better. We only use olive oil for health reasons and as my husband is Italian there is no other to use.
