I really like hiking on vacations, but normally after a couple of days my knees start hurting a LOT. I used these for a week hiking and I had no issues with my knees! We hiked several miles every day with a good bit of up and down. I sweated a lot, but the straps stayed in place and did not start smelling. Would recommend!!
