Love these. The fit is really well and are super comfortable. I have just transitioned to bare foot shoes and have had no trouble with wearing these. I previously wore Skechers with a taller base. However, I have loved wearing these without any issues of sore feet, blisters or squishing toes. I pair these with my toes socks which work well together to give my toes space to move. My foot length is 25cm and I got these in a size W9.

These were the perfect winter shoes for my area. Well made, very water resistant ( no wet toes even in some deluges), and eye catching (others have often seemed a bit bemused by the unusual style ). I love the wide toe box, low stack height and ground feel.

I originally ordered size 11 which is normally a slightly roomy fit on most shoes which I like. But the Lems were too small. The 11.5 is pretty much perfect in fit. I wasn’t sure about them at first and used to a more minimal feel of vivo barefoots but I am beginning to really like them as an intermediate do everything shoe.

Just buy them. They really are worth the hype. I didn’t agree with the online size generator thingy though and had to exchange for a smaller size than suggested but that was an easy process. They are also a little rigid at the back of the heel and I need to make sure I’m wearing socks that cover that area. Apparently long socks are fashionable now though so now I’m on trend and comfortable. What a score!

The first pair of Freet Flex shoes that arrived from bprimal was a tiny bit too small, but it was easy to organise a return and going the next size up was a perfect fit. Amazingly comfortable except for the bit at the back of the shoe rubs on the back of your heal ankle area until worn in, so bandaids or comfeel till that’s broken in then you have some killer shoes.

Great looking barefoot boot. Very comfortable. I bought this version over the original Summit for aesthetic reasons. However, if you want a true barefoot shoe go with the original as with this one the sole is not malleable with your foot (and I heard they wear a lot faster too)

Great shoes, I was replacing my vivo barefoot trail shoes so were as expected. Only downside is that these make a slight sound when walking, hoping it goes away after a bit more wearing in. Also really wish vivo would put out vegan shoes in more exciting colours

Like the style and the comfort, I ordered 1/2 size smaller than I would normally, having read other reviews, .which turned out to be just right. The left shoe has a ridge across by the first lace hole which seems to be a slight fault in the manufacture. I am hoping this will soften with age.

Love these shoes: finally, my feet get to spread and breathe. I realise all my running shoes to now have squished across my foot and I can’t wait to get them off. Being a Kiwi, my feet developed with lots of barefoot time and these shoes celebrate that. Funny though I still need a men’s shoe to fit my foot and I know many women in NZ have wider feet than mine….PS I just love the bold colours too!

Great service and quick delivery. The boots are very comfortable thanks to the wide toe design and the flat heel. The advice of going half a size larger than my normal fitting proved to be be spot on. My only suggestion would be to include a bit of soft padding at the top front of the ankle, as the thickness and stitching digs into my shins. I am rubbing in some leather conditioner there to soften it up, so I am hoping it will improve with age.

These shoes are amazing! They provide ample room for my forefoot yet feel snug at the same time. They’re super lightweight yet don’t feel like a true barefoot shoe. I would recommend the Chillum to anyone that wants a comfy everyday shoe.

Incredibly comfortable with enough space in the forefoot for the toes to move freely. I normally wear wide shoes and have to size up to fit, but these are the right combination of length and width. The shoe is low to the ground and allows a close feeling of contact between the sole of the foot and the walking surface. Recommended for anyone looking for a daily wear shoe who has wider than normal feet.

Shoes a little hard to get used to at first, mainly due to the fact that apart from being aware of the toe strap it feels like you’re not wearing anything. Very comfortable, very light, enough of a sole that I can run on trails without risking bruising my heel on a rock. Very happy

Sizing is 100% true to the size chart. I ordered with 1cm longer than my foot and 0.5cm wider. With the lems inner sole in they're quite low volume and too squishy. With the inner sole out these boots are still quite soft compared to other barefoot shoes but that softness will be welcome when walking on rocks or other harsh surfaces. Good quality and good service.
