I haven't worn the boots hiking yet but I've had good experience with other Lems shoes and barefoot style shoes, and they feel more comfortable than most common hiking boots in stores. I had to go a full size up for these.

Good all rounder for home and short walks I wouldnt want to hike miles in them as obviously no laces so your foot is not as secure as a regular boot Nice wide toe space without being too loose I take a Size 11 in the non waterproof boulder boot so I took the websites recommendation and went to a 11.5 was a perfect fit. Versatile casual/active vegan shoe. Comfortable and light. I haven't really tested the grip yet but it doesn't look like it would handle proper hiking. A typical day walk would be fine. Only minor complaint is they seem to scuff easily at the front. I don't remember kicking/contacting anything but they seem to easily get a light coloured mark there (dust/dirt?).

I had to go 2 sizes up in these so please make sure you check your foot size when you purchase - I checked my feet against the foot size guide that Bprimal provides and it was accurate (make sure you print at 100%). I'm normally an 8.5 women's but ordered 9.5 and glad I did. Very comfortable I have the primal zen so used to that sole. Rugged and great for outdoor use so far, waiting for the weather to get colder so I can wear them more!

Quality control is poor, one boot had a massive scratch in the leather upon arrival. They are not waterproof, foot got soaked second time walking through water for a very short period whilst hiking. I bought these mid 2023 and have worn them maybe 30 times as I only wear them for outdoor activities like small hikes and working in the garden and they leather is already coming apart/ripping at the soles. I would try other boots if I wear you.
