Very happy with my purchase on Nimbus. Saw this shoes when it was first launched, but waited a bit as i need more formal shoes and tried Freet York (i have review that as well). Finally bite the bullet, and ordered 43EU size, which is the same size for Freet york, but bigger size for freet Tanga and Freet pace (both size 42EU) and this is perfect size for me, i think 42EU will be to short and my thumb will keep hitting top of my shoes. I really like these shoes. They are comfortable. They look good. I can stretch my toes wide and my feet get that good muscular soreness after a big walk, so i know my feet are getting utilised and exercised. Size wise, i used the print out size guide, I was at the upper limit of US12, and turns out they were a touch small. Swapped for the 12.5 which are perfect. I bought these socks as I'm training for a 50km walk. I was suffering from achey toes so wanted to try these to see if they helped. I must say so far I have noticed a big difference since wearing the socks. My last 20km walk my toes did not ache wearing these socks. My feet felt comfortable and remained dry. My first pair of barefoot footwear and I can't believed I umm'd and err'd for about 18 months before choosing these boots. I love my Lems Primal Zens, which when paired with daily use of Correct Toes seems to finally be undoing some of the damage decades of incorrectly shaped footwear has done. One long session of wearing the Correct Toes with my old 4E dress shoes and I new I needed to replace them. I've just ordered my 2nd pair of Lems Outlander. I walked the Overland Track in Tasmania in December 2023 in a pair that I had damaged slightly by using in snowshoes. The snowshoe straps rubbed the stitching at the side of the shoes near the toes and took a little off the edging as well. They weren't waterproof in the snow and my feet got wet and cold, so when I walked the Overland I used a pair of Injinji sock liners inside waterproof socks and that kept my feet dry. Hi, I've given top marks because the shoes are very comfortable and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately after only the first two days, the inside of the right shoe has parted (see my picture) in a high flex area. Other than that section, the rest of the shoes construction seems to be of high quality. Hopefully the fault was a small misstep in the construction process and the remaining joins hold up because I can see myself always wanting to wear these shoes. Oh my goodness, Chelsea Boots where have to been all my life!!!! I wish I could take these back in time and start my life again. I have struggled for years to find a walking boot that is waterproof, comfortable and wide enough for my feet. I have finally found my forever boot! I was hesitant to buy these for a while for two reasons: 1. The sizing. Everyone seems to have differing opinions on the sizing. It’s known that these are sized small. But how small? Seems like an awesome boot and very comfortable so far. I got my normal size (39). I have 24.3cm ish long and 9.7cm ish wide feet. These boots fit perfectly. I used the print out size diagram and the size chart. I am glad I didn't upsize as many others have. They fit great with my Injinji medium merino socks.
