These have a nice flavor. They are powerful. I only take a half at a time towards bedtime. It can take me up to 3 hours to feel the full effects. Edibles just take longer to metabolize than flower. I never take these if I am not home for the evening. They have been consistent in terms of quality and potency. I hope something can keep these hemp-derived gummies on the market. I would not have a medical marijuana card if these could stay legal. I really don't like smoking or vaping flower.

I was skeptical about the potency and 500mg per gummy claim. I was wrong! I started off with a quarter of a gummy (125mg) and felt the effects for the next 7 hours. I was glad I did not take the entire gummy. LOL. My normal dose is around 25 mg and I have cut one of the remainin quarters into 4 pieces (31mg) each and that dose was very enjoyable for me.
