Thank you, the delivery was prompt - I sent it to someone in Bloemfontein, he will only open it next week sometime - I think it looks great, hopefully so will he!

My sister loved the flowers and bubbly. Only issue is that it was delivered very early in the day and not during her birthday party which I requested and which would have made the surprise even more special.

I have used Fabulous flowers for many years. This is one of your top of the range bouquets at R1700 plus. It was really quite small, looked as if it was done in a hurry. I asked if it could be collected at 12h and it was not ready. By 4pm it was delivered to a nearby office after I phoned and asked about progress. It was the few days before Valentine's Day and I understand. However, the bouquet was underwhelming for the money that I paid.

Flowers looked an tad "tired" and dropey which I did not expect compared to other flowers I have ordered these looked as they were lacking water for quite some time hence not a 5-star score

Ordering was very straightforward, with an opportunity to add comments and extras. Customer service was excellent, including providing a photo of the actual gift sent and confirmation of delivery. Recipient was very happy! Thanks.

The experience was easy and convenient - it was a gift so card and everything was lovely - however it didn't look exactly like the photos - i loved the brown paper bags for Biltong etc but those did not fill up the box as much as the images. However everthing went smoothly and the gift was much appreciated.
