I had problem with the snow foam nozzle not working properly. So I contacted Hydrofoam for advice. They promptly sent me a replacement nozzle by the next post, without charge or question. I am pleased that the replacement nozzle works very well. I am pleased with the product and the service I received.

Never used anything like pre or snow to wash my car,but after seeing the results on Instagram etc,I gave it a go.Mixed in the HYDRO spray bottle it is so easy to use. It gets rid of the grime and used with the snow and new HYDRO towel it's the easiest way I've cleaned a car and I've been driving for 52 years .HIGHLY recommended the finish is quality.

The PRE is great - and works fab with the snow afterwards. I have two v2 spray bottles for these. When you pressure wash these products off after letting them settle, in most occasions you won’t even need to use a wash mit to hand wash the car. I like to do a good wash each time so I use the hydro shampoo afterwards with a wash mit, which is also very good. I’m still waiting to use my bottle to actually was my car, so in the meantime, I used it to spray a patio cleaning solution onto my drive prior to jet washing, and it worked a treat. My only suggestion would be to make the fill markings on the side of the bottle more bold as I found them difficult to see once the brownish coloured liquid was inside.

Great product and the spray bottles appear to be of a very high quality and should last for a long time, especially as they include spare washers within the package. Only let down by Royal Mail sending my delivery to the wrong distribution centre and then taking four days to get it to me.

Bought this after a colleague was raving on about how good it was. I was a little bit skeptical but decided to buy the kit which consisted of the spray bottle, pre-wash, spray foam, shampoo and the detailer spray. It did 'exactly what it said on the tin' . Great product and easy to use. Did my car and the wife's too. Ive used AutoGlym and Maguires in the past and reckon Hydro is better product by far. I'll be ordering more very soon.

Tried the hydro pre and snow before washing car and was amazed at the results, they had removed built up dirt from road spray and bird mess as well as the usual difficult squashed insects etc. the car was pretty much clean without having to use the shampoo. I purchased this bundle as a top up to my exist set of products from Hydro. I have been really impressed with the products and how they complete a wash of my cars. The pre and Snow combination before touching the car is excellent, making the contact wash easy and swift. Once clean it is then a choice of Rinse or Detail, with the weather I have been using more Rinse, so need to get more of this soon. Love the Hydro bottles for applying the spray, fantastic and easy to use per application

The spray bottles are really good, I have Kwazer ones that are good but need constant pumping as the Hydro ones last ages before they need to be pumped up. The pre wash is really good too but I haven't used the foam yet. Delivery took 10 days but I suspect this was due to the Black Friday sales and of course everyone is used to next day delivery because of Amazon. Overall very pleased with the kit

All the products are really great, but the delivery by the post office was awful. Ask them to leave at the rear of my property as I knew I would be out, didn't delivery arranged redelivery the following day, and again they didn't deliver. Went and picked it up a few days later and the box looked like it had been dropkicked. Surprisingly all the things I had ordered were intacted and undamaged.
