It helped me with energy and i felt that it is helping improve my recovery, but one thing , if ur gut is sensitive keep as low as 3g i never took more than half a scoop even though the scoop provided is itself is small. Once i had a full heaped scoop and i felt constipated the whole day, so use it dont abuse it, just a help dont be totally dependenr on it , if u see improvement
