Love the color and structure of the bag. The strap is a little stiff and the hardware looks/feels cheap up close but it’s a $225 bag, so, not too unexpected. My biggest gripe is all the little black marks on the leather that won’t come off right out of the bag that were under the plastic. They are obvious to the naked eye and bug the hell out of me.

The bag is cute and packaging and bag. Both give a lux feeling. However, customer service was not good. The bag was shipped late. I didn't get any updates. I had to write to the IG page who told me this bagas out of stock. I pointed out it was showing in stock on the website. After that it was shipped and they apologized for misunderstanding. The bags are awesome and shipping is fast. But customer service needs improvement.

I really like the bag but the delivery will deter me from ordering again. The delivery personnel left the package in my driveway near the street. They never got out of the vehicle and just threw the package out of the window.
